Arcade provides independent dialogue about design and the built environment.
ARCADE strives to
educate, provoke and engage through its critical examination of buildings, products, infrastructure and
ideas that impact the Northwest. The goal is to raise awareness of how issues of design - from buildings
to public spaces to transportation - profoundly affect the region in which we live, past, present and
future. We believe that awareness leads to more active citizen involvement in issues affecting our
communities. ARCADE provides this dialogue avenue through special events, educational programs,
happening’s and our award winning magazine ARCADE. ARCADE magazine is published quarterly by the
Northwest Architectural League, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
